Ideal location for 3 arena. Main bar too uncomfortable for plus 50s and eating area too small for small snacks.as full all day. Staff nice but chamber maid was close on ignorant but chap with her was the opposite. Stay again but not elderly people.

Room very clean and spacious. Meal was lovely. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. One lady in particular stood out- Sinéad . We made a mistake with our booking but she was very quick to reassure us and had us sorted with minimal fuss.

Hotel was great, perfect location for the 3arena. Only complaint was not have a dedicated desk for online check-in's. There is not much point in doing the online check-in if you still have to wait in the queue.

This hotel was fantastic. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and relaxing. It's situated next to the Bord Gais theatre and you can walk to the 3 arena, and the city centre. Will definitely stay again when I can.

Lovely hotel, really friendly staff, spotlessly clean, great location for bord gais theatre, O2, etc.Food was great in evening and breakfast.Swimming pool ideal for kids or adults with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Couldn't fault it.Would stay again
