The staff were amazing. We felt our room was too cold. They had someone straight up to check it, offered us a room change and supplied heaters. You don’t need to leave bad reviews for this stuff. It’s all about how they handle situations. 5 stars

The hotel is lovely very bright and clean with plenty of parking. Check in was very late (4PM) and early checkout (11AM - while breakfast was still being served). Staff didn't tell us times for breakfast or checkout (we had to go ask ourselves).

All round Beautiful hotel - would definitely stay again. Only fault drink in the bar is dearer than Galway city! Pt Guin is €6.80!
