Lovely hotel Only criticism is 11am checkout very early considering 4pm is check in. However after requesting a later time a very nice receptionist extended it to 12. Bar food was very good and service excellent. Bar was busy.

Nice hotel. Its a bit out from the town but that didn't bother us. Room very hot at night but nice and spacious. Will stay again

I stayed for two night with my two children aged 12 and 14 last week. We had a very pleasant stay. I had asked for a quiet room and was well faciliataed with a large family room towards the back of the hotel. Food and service was very good.

Great spot for a break in Sligo. A little far from the town centre but accessible nonetheless if you walk for 2.5km or a taxi for about €12. Ideally located for the local sights such as Benbulben and Lissadel. Only negative -no A/C in the bedroom.

We had a lovely time in the Clayton Hotel the staff were so friendly and helpful and especially one of there Managers Chris he was so nice and made sure we were looked after. We also got a lovely welcome gift of fruit on a happy birthday plate xx

I left my headphones in the hotel and rang. They are posting out to me which is so nice, save me driving all the way back. Food was beautiful in bar bistro restaurant and all staff so pleasant and friendly

Had a lovely relaxing time at this hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Beds were comfy and hotel was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful family hotel, excellent value, large family room with great breakfast. Pool and playroom for kids and a sweet shop all made it memorable. We will be back.

Food in the bar was fantastic and I had the best burger I have ever eaten. The swimming pool was great for children with a inflatable slide which was fantastic. Room was lovely and breakfast was top notch. Highly recommend especially if you have kids

Great break away with family in the Clayton Hotel in Sligo! Lovely hotel and breakfast and dinner were fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay . The Hotel was excellent with very helpful and courteous staff . Breakfast was very good with service being excellent . All in all the experience was very enjoyable .

Good location, facilities and breakfast

Lovely hotel with nice drive way in and great food - both breakfast and dinner. The jacuzzi was out of action and the pool was full of kids but apart from this we were happy with our stay. The twin room contained two single beds only.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Clayton and the staff were all more than helpful. We would recommend a visit there.

The Clayton Hotel is a lovely comfortable, well-run hotel. The staff are very professional and friendly. The room was spotlessly and very nice.

I felt a car was required for the location. Reception staff were not helpful, breakfast staff were great. Room was small, clean & disappointing located at rare of building, vents were noisy & ugly, terrible smells from vents too. Breakfast was great!
