From the moment we walked in the door staff were so friendly and efficient. As always the food was fab and a great atmosphere in the bar.

We had a lovely night at the Granvillehotel. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food as always was top notch. The Granville Hotel serves the best breakfast with local produce. Thanks to all of the wonderful staff who make guests feel welcome

Brilliant Hotel. Staff fantastic. Except for 1. She needs Customer Care Course. Defo not a customer Friendly Manager. Took 2 emails to get apologies from them after they had taken payment fomron my Card Twice. Be sure and check everything!!!!!!!!

We had a fabulous break at the Granville Hotel. Lovely staff. Very helpful. Fantastic food. Great breakfast selection. Felt very comfortable - tables well spaced out and staff well trained (covid related).

Hotel is very accessible,food and staff were very good,will definitely go back again.

Overall our stay was good the staff were excellent as was the food. The rooms are a bit old and dated. first room was we got was very small and view was a wall mentioned this to reception staff and we were given a room with a view.

Excellent hotel, more traditional decor but very clean and excellent hospitality- baileys served with porridge at breakfast, Waterford blaa at breakfast also.

The service at this hotel is top class. It was the only hotel that had tablecloths on the tables since Covid. Service and attention to the customer is second to none.

An fhoireann is fearr. We have never come across a more pleasant, helpful, courteous staff anywhere in the world. Hotel should be proud of them. Room a tad on the small side, dinner menu same on both nights of the stay. Still very pleased on leaving

Stayed at the Granville Hotel, Waterford quite a few times. Can never fault it, the staff or the fantastic service. Absolutely faultless. We’ll definitely be returning again before the end of the summer holidays & would highly recommend to anyone.
