Ormonde hotel is in a fantastic location in Kilkenny. No private car park but access at reduced rate to public carpark. Rooms have lovely modern decor and are very spacious.

Great location central for sightseeing as its close to all the main streets. All facilities you need for a night away, leisure centre and breakfast included which is good for the price. Parking across the road costs about 7.50 per night.

The Kilkenny Ormond is perfect location for exploring Kilkenny city. Close proximity for shopping and sightseeing. Convenient multistorey carpark across the road from hotel with reasonable rates. Hotel very clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous hotel. We were given a gorgeous family room with so much room. Breakfast was delicious and ran so efficiently.

Booked this hotel for my daughters 30th birthday.. we had a great experience in the hotel. Location is brilliant. Down a side street in the center of town yet extremely quiet at night time. Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. 10/10

Lovely hotel, fantastic helpful staff could not do enough for you, room was bright and comfortable and quite large. The food was very good and plentiful. I will definitely be back hopefully in the not too distant future.

Lovely hotel, great location & lovely to have a pool. Only negative was that the camp bed for the kids was really rickety & uncomfortable so we ended up putting the mattress on the floor. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great.

Kilkenny Ormonde has a great Location as its so close to all the Attractions of Kilkenny city. The only downside was the busyness at Breakfast time due to Bankholiday weekend. Staff all courteous and Helpful and Food was good.

The staff in the Ormonde were very welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was especially good. Room was spotless and spacious. Location is perfect. Leisure facilities and parking across the road was an added bonus. Everything perfect

Outstanding hotel and service, daughters birthday and they went all out for her. We also had our assistance dog with us, everyone was so lovely, kind and helpful. Rooms were large and bed extremely comfortable. Looking forward to returning.

Ideal location for a city break with multiple amenities on your doorstep. Kilkenny Castle Park provides varied walking options and good family facilities. The Ormonde hotel was comfortable and the rooms were well appointed and serviced.

We had a wonderful stay at The Ormonde Hotel Kilkenny. We found the staff very helpful & polite. The rooms were lovely & comfortable. The children had a great time in the pool. We will definately be back for another stay.

Kilkenny Ormande hotel was in a great location,food was excellent and staff were very friendly at the breakfast. Carpark well run for 6euro a day

Comfortable rooms , great location , great value break with breakfast and dinner. Service in bar very slow in the afternoon and at dinner felt a bit rushed but location a big plus Kilkenny is a great city we will be back.

Spa was closed on Monday which was a pity but everything in the hotel was great, lovely food and staff couldn't have been nicer. Not the first stay here and will definitely be back

Have stayed at the Ormonde many many times over the years but on this occasion was disappointed, staff at breakfast rude and abrupt, never experienced that at the Ormonde in the past, rooms were tired and in need of a refresh

Arrived early and our room was ready so very happy, parking was just opposite the hotel so very convenient.The local shops,bars,castle within a couple mins walk.Breakfast and room were spot on.will be back again for the spa experience.😍

Lovey hotel. Rooms just done up. Car Park across the road value E12 for 3 days at Hotel. Excellent food and very pleasant staff. Two minutes to The Castle and shops. Great pub, The Castle, accross lane with super live music , at 4pm, 6pm and 9pm

Ideal location for seeing Kilkenny and it's amazing history. The staff at the Ormonde are super friendly and helpful. Our room was great and the food was top class. The leisure facilities were of a very high standard and a great place to unwind.

Lovely hotel. Food was amazing and very reasonably priced. The only negative was the chairs in the lobby coffee shop area need upgrading as they are very worn. Stayed there 20 years ago and it was same furniture. Beds in rooms were so comfy.

Excellent hotel to stay in and the reception staff are lovely. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was only ok but dinner was great. City on your doorstep and locals in Kilkenny are really friendly.

The location is excellent. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Our initial room was small and dark. Although clean is badly in need of refurbishment. I asked for a different room and given same. A bigger brighter room but decor is tired and worn.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Ormond Hotel, Kilkenny. It is a lovely location in the centre of Kilkenny and just walking distance to the Castle area and they have excellent walks around there. Staff and service could not be nicer .

Really enjoyed my stay in kilkenny Ormonde Hotel, friendly & helpful staff, great facilities, very central to city centre. Good food, but portions too big, could be reduced a bit, especially when your getting three courses with your booking deal....

Lovely hotel, fabulous location. The pool was great, underfloor heating was great but it was quite crowded. Family room was nice, not huge but fine, very clean. Enjoyed our stay.

The ormonde hotel kilkenny was a beautiful hotel very comfortable . we ate in the hotel for our two night stay and the food was amazing . Its situated in a great location in walking distance to shops , pubs and restaurants .

Excellent bedroom. Beds are amazing. Lovely breakfast (with the exception of the orange juice which was basically orange squash). We had to cut our stay short for personal reasons and reception couldn’t have been more helpful. We will be back!

I brought my sister who has an Intellectual Disability for a break away and both myself and her had the most amazing few days away. The staff really looked after us 100% friendly atmosphere and great location. My sister hasn’t stopped raving
