Food and service were so good.Staff very welcoming and a great hotel to stay in ,even with having no parking in hotel,we were able to park across the road for a very reasonable charge.We have no prob in booking this hotel again.

The hotel is ideally situated in the center of Killarney. It is a very comfortable, extremely well run hotel, efficient staff who are very friendly and the food served in the bar and at breakfast is top quality and delicious.

Upon arrival we were told the hotel has no car park, but we could use the public one across the road. Unfortunately so does the whole of Killarney. We circled the car park for 30 minutes before we got a space. Breakfast tray in room not collected .
