We appreciated the two complimentary glasses of wine with dinner, to make up for the two minor errors during check in.

Lovely hotel

Excellent location, easy to get to. Bright, clean and large rooms. Only downside was breakfast was cold each morning and had to ask reception to open gym if you wanted to use the facility. Easy and quick check in and out. Lovely friendly staff.

Some lights in the bedroom not working, tv control wasn't working but the staff and food was lovely!

Great location, 15 min walk to Eyre Square. Plenty of free parking. Clean,comfortable bedroom. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and good coffee. Busy junction beside hotel, avoid peak traffic times.

Room was spotless. Friendly staff. Food was good. You have to book meal deals when booking your stay otherwise you cannot avail of deals .

Had a lovely time in this hotel and staff were excellent

Service was not good in the restaurant. Had to go up to the bar for a 2nd glass of wine. No salad with the steak or burger. Had to wait half an hour for a dessert menu and that was only because we called someone and it wasn't even that busy!

Everything was perfect except checking in ..felt like the lady wasn’t interested in dealing with us and didn’t smile once ,make eye contact or direct us where to go after telling us our room number 203.

Loved my stay in the maldron Hotel in sandy Rd.. Booked it through supervalu breaks got it for a great breakfast with breakfast.. I couldn't fault the hotel in any way.. I will definitely go back again.

Very pleasant staff, hotel is in industrial estate so traffic very heavy at day time. Stay let down by the good. Breakfast and dinner very disappointing. Slow service, items forgotten, but most importantly food itself poorly cooked and not good

Went for 2 nights to the Maldron with my family. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Lovely hotel and good aircon in the room. Very clean and really comfy beds. Will definitely be back again

Hotel in good location. No facilities at all for children or swimming pool. Staff are trying there best but lacking communication from the kitchen when it comes to eating. I would stay here again even if they improved there children's facilities😊
