Fabulous and spacious family room. We had an issue with the bathtub tap and the staff were very helpful trying to fix it. Delicious, ample breakfast. Superb location just a short walk from the Botanics. We would definitely stay again :-)

Lovely Hotel. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Huge room with plenty of space for our large family. Hotel staff very helpful before check in too ensure we had all the extra cots which were fully made up for us when we arrived.

Beautiful leafy location near Queens University and Ulster Museum, half hour walk to town. Lives up to 4-star grade and we got a beautiful, spacious Executive bedroom with wide beds. Breakfast was freshly cooked.

Fantastic Hotel. Staff were excellent nothing was a problem. Family room was to a very high standard. Food in bar and restaurant was excellent and breakfast I would highly recommend to eat there. We would definitely stay there again. Lorraine.

The hotel was very nice and the location was good. The dinner menu we were given on the package wasn't great and the portions were small. The room was extremely warm because the weather was hot and it was difficult to sleep ,no air conditioning.
