Brought my mother and intellectual disability sister on a night away to Traceys hotel, Ennis. We totally enjoyed our stay. Comfortable room and nice staff.

First impressions were not good on arrival with broken glasses and empty bottles all over the car park. check in desk Girls priority was to swipe the card for payment rather than greeting Us properly. Good pool for Kids though. Staff friendly.

Good points nice leisurecentre hotelvery dated and unkept lift and corridors dirty and wooden windows in room need upgrading room very stuffy poorly ventilated.hotel is for families with children who have the run of the place very noisy til 12.30pm

Excellent location Plenty facilities Good entertainment

Most of hotel was filthy including pool, so much so the kids refused to go back after 1st swim. Matresses were so thin. Staff were unfriendly. On the plus side, restaurant was immaculate, food delicious and Claire was a lovely friendly waitress.

Leisure centre was nice Girl at reception very nice Breakfast was very poor!! Breakfast staff was friendly. Free parking on site They need to change those awful pillows, otherwise the room is ok

Loved the kids club the kids had a great time. Location great as lots to see and do nearby. Will definitely be back to this hotel

We have stayed in Treacys Hotel a few times & never disappointed. Great location where you can travel to many different spots. Staff are very friendly & food is lovely
