Ideally located, just on the edge of Westport, lovely staff.

Good family hotel. Could do with a little updating but overall it was fine for our stay. Kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast was ample and location is within walking distance of town, quays and Westport House.

Hotel was clean. Food reasonable. Nice swimming pool.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting.

A well run hotel. Accomadating staff, good service ,clean rooms. Bar facilities good. Breakfast good. only fault, a DJ on one of the nights, was terrible. Music was loud, dated and caused a good few people to retire to the lobby and their rooms.

Just average overall, pleasant staff and venue. Nice welcome from receptionist. Not as attentive with meals in bar/restaurant, didn't get exactly what we requested. Breakfast fare, just ok. Failed to charge meal to our room.

We had a great stay. Our room was very clean with comfy beds for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast which we ate in a beautiful dining room

Great location, hotel has great potential but needs revamped just all abit run down a pity.

Really nice hotel with spacious big family rooms. We found Manager Alison absolutely brilliant tending to all our needs. The Food and service was excellent. looking forward to heading next Christmas.

Lovely spacious bedrooms, breakfast was lovely too. Its a short taxi into town or a walk. Unbelievable value with Supervalu Getaways. Would definately go back here

Really lovely staff. Made my son’s birthday so special. Reception staff even sang him happy birthday. Lovely rooms and breakfast was beautiful.

Lovely hotel near Wesport house and quay. Plenty of parking . Only negative was only 1 key for rooms .

The room was perfect. It was big and well equipped. The bathroom was great with a huge bath and plenty of hot water. The leisure was disappointing. The jacuzzi was the coldest I have witnessed in any hotel, the pool was also cold. 1 nice attendant

The hotel was lovely. Just on outskirts of town a short walk to both the harbour & town. The staff were very helpful and the food was great. I enjoyed the leisure centre and the bar was buzzing. A great spot - Will definitely be back.

Very nice stay . My husband thought the swimming pool was a bit cool. Other than that all fine. Lovely setting . Bedroom nice and modern. Very quiet at night lots of families.

Nice stay but the kitchen was closed for an hour at 7pm which we had booked for our dinner.

Room was very clean & spacious. Staff friendly but 2 breakfast waiter’s didn’t have a good understanding of English. Food average. No lunches available & bar not open till 5pm.

We had a really lovely stay. The staff (particularly reception) were really nice and friendly. We had a cosy room with a really comfy bed and we enjoyed a nice breakfast and a swim the morning before we left.

Lovey hotel, clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. All room facilities good and beds comfortable. Service and food was poor. Limited choice on menus and only small portions serviced. Slow service. Untrained staff. Poor internet. Would not recommend

Westport woods Hotel is not a 4 star hotel! Does anybody from Supervalu ever visit or stay in the hotels before they advertise them or do they just accept the hotels owm rating?

Overall, it was a disappointing stay. Rooms are not to a 4 star standard, very dated. Staff untrained in the restaurant and a poor check in experience with a rude receptionist put a dent on our overall stay. Location bit outside the town-Not worth it

Arrived at 4pm room not ready , reception staff never gave us any info on dinner / breakfast arrangements , no info on the use of facilities gym / pool etc.. 1st morning waited a full hour for our hot breakfast , it was chaos no organisation by mgt

Absolutely amazing hotel. Great value for money. Outstanding staff. Great facilities.

Hotel was nice but needs updating. Service was very slow and menu needs thinking about. Overall stay was nice, room was beautiful but food was a let down.
