Why did the partnership with SuperValu end?
SuperValu changed the focus of its Real Rewards programme and its partnership with Getaway Breaks concluded on 01/01/2026.
Getaway Breaks subsequently became Getaways Ireland, an independent platform offering hotel breaks and member rewards.
What happened to bookings made before the partnership ended?
All confirmed bookings made before 01/01/2026 remained valid and continued to be managed according to the original booking conditions.
If you booked a stay taking place after that date, there was no need to contact customer support simply to reconfirm your reservation.
Can I still book hotel breaks?
Yes. You can search and book hotel breaks directly through www.getawaysireland.ie.
Available hotels, prices and package inclusions vary according to your selected destination, dates, room type and number of guests.
Who manages Getaways Ireland bookings and customer support?
Getaways Ireland manages all booking-related questions directly.

- Cannot be used on the international travel website powered by Click & Go
Does Getaways Ireland offer international holidays?
International package holidays are facilitated by Click & Go under the Getaway Holidays partnership and are subject to separate booking conditions.
Getaways Ireland gift vouchers and wallet cashback cannot be used towards these international bookings.
