What is it?

Your wallet gives you the opportunity to build cashback that can be used against future bookings with Getaways.

How does it work?

There are two ways you can add credit to your wallet.

  1. By Booking: Make a booking for 1 night or more with us and receive €2 credit to your wallet 72 hours after you check-out. Make a booking for 2-nights or more and you will earn credit to the value of €5. 
  2. By Refer-a-Friend: Use our refer-a-friend function to invite friends and family to set-up a profile on Getaways. Once your friend registers and fully completes their profile cashback of €1 will be added to your wallet within 72 hours.
Using Your Cashback
How do I use my cashback?

Simply add your cashback code to the cashback field when completing a booking.  You can use your cashback against bookings of 2-nights or more for hotels/guesthouses in Ireland.

Can I use my cashback against all bookings?

No. Cashback cannot be combined with bookings that include a voucher or a promocode (such as a during a sale) or on international travel bookings with Getaway Holidays. Cashback cannot be added to existing bookings.

I forgot to add my cashback to my booking is it too late?

No, unfortunately we cannot add your cashback to existing bookings.

What is the most cashback I can use against a booking?

€10 per night based on a minimum 2-night stay with a maximum of €50 over 5 nights breaks. 

For example:

  • €20 for a 2-night breaks
  • €30 for 3-night breaks
  • €40 for 4-nights breaks
  • €50 for 5-nights breaks
Will my cashback expire?

Any cashback / credit in your wallet must be remain for 24 months.

Can I share my cashback with other people?

No. Cashback credit can only be used in the account owner where the credit was earned.
